CINE is nationally and internationally recognized
for its prestigious and highly acclaimed film and video peer-review
competitions, which are held twice annually.
The 45th Annual CINE Golden
Eagle Awards were held April 22, 2004, at the Grosvenor Auditorium of the
National Geographic Society. More than 400 jurors on over 150 juries
judged over 1,000 entries in 26 categories. The CINE Golden Eagle Awards,
distinguishing excellence in professional and amateur works, are recognized
internationally as symbols of the highest production standards in filmmaking
and videography. CINE has, since its founding in 1957, been dedicated to
discovering, rewarding, educating, and supporting established and emerging
talent in film and video. Among great talents whose first major awards
included the CINE Golden Eagle, are Steven Spielberg, and George Lucas, and
such great documentarians as Ken Burns, Charles Guggenheim, Albert Maysles, Stanley Nelson,
and Frederick Wiseman. |

The Telly Awards is the premier award honoring
outstanding local, regional, and cable TV commercials and programs, as well
as the finest video and film productions.
The Telly Awards annually showcases the best
work of the most respected advertising agencies, production companies,
television stations, cable operators, and corporate video departments in the
world. The Telly Awards
receives entries from all 50 states and five continents and is a widely
known and highly respected national and international competition.
The mission of the Telly Awards has been to
inspire, promote and support creativity in the visual arts. The Telly
Awards receives over 10,000 entries annually from multinational firms to
small local production houses, and are proud to honor professionals from all
backgrounds and all types of firms. |

The Communicator Awards
is an international awards program founded by communications professionals
to recognize excellence in the communication field. The
Communicator Awards gives winners and their clients the recognition
that the work they are producing is outstanding and highly regarded by their
peers.
The Crystal Award of
Excellence is given to those entries whose ability to communicate puts
them among the best in the field.
Excellence, Distinction and Honorable Mention winners were recognized.

The
New York Festivals International Film and Video Awards recognize "The
World's Best Work" in informational, educational and industrial film
productions and corporate video. The competition also covers short film,
feature-length film and home videos. Now entering its 48th year, the
competition received entries from 32 countries.
The 2005 Film and Video competition was
judged by a panel of industry experts including several hundred producers,
directors, writers and other media professionals in the New York area. |
